Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! Since our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. Here's everything you need to know:
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items If something arrives less than perfect, we've got you covered. Please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order. If the issue is on our end, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Lost Packages If your package never showed up, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll look into it right away.
How to Start a Claim Starting a claim is easy! Just contact us at support@bigknickenergy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Wrong Address & Shipping Responsibility Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we're unable to be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Non-Returnable Items Because every order is made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind. We recommend reviewing our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order — and if you ever have questions before buying, we're happy to help!
Refund Processing Timeline Once your claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days depending on your payment provider and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's on its way!
